Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by DU Construction Limited to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on land off Stad Bryn Glas, Brynsiencyn, Anglesey, LL61 6RD.

We give notice that DU Construction Limited is intending to apply for full planning permission for the erection of 12 affordable dwellings, creation of internal access road and associated work.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
ABOUT THE APPLICATION
The proposal which forms the subject of this application relates to a residential scheme comprising of 12 affordable dwellings, creation of internal access road and associated works. The application is submitted as a full planning application.
The site lies within the development boundary of Brynsiencyn and is surrounded by residential dwellings to the north-west, north south-east. The development would therefore round off the development of this part of the village.
The proposal would provide a mix of social housing and intermediate rental properties and would be delivered for IACC’s Housing Service who have agreed the proposed mix of dwellings. The proposal would meet the needs of the local community providing affordable housing for those who cannot meet their housing need on the open market and in light of this could be supported.
