Georgia is an enthusiastic and passionate Town Planner who seeks to leave a legacy of vibrant, sustainable and culturally rich settlements and rural areas.
Georgia graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Masters in Planning. Georgia also completed part of her Masters in Lyon, France, where she worked for the government analysing and preparing social housing strategies. Georgia is currently studying a part time Masters in The University of Cardiff, School of Architecture, for Sustainable Building Conservation.
Georgia has worked in private sector planning since 2013. Prior to this she had experience with a Local Planning Authority and with a multi disciplinary consultancy. Since joining Cadnant, Georgia has worked with clients to promote land for development, carried out a number of Pre-Application Consultations, submitted and negotiated planning applications and presented evidence at appeals. Georgia has project managed a number of major developments.
Georgia is diligent in her approach and has good working relationships with planning officers, consultees and stakeholders across North Wales and North West England.
Georgia has a breadth of experience in residential, historic environment and listed buildings, viability, agricultural, tourism, leisure, commercial, retail, solar farm sectors including lawful use applications and enforcement appeals.
Georgia’s broad experience of complex planning matters ensures clients are provided with clear and practical advice that is crucial to navigating the complexities of the planning system in England and Wales.
