Industrial development as an extension to Quinton Hazell Enterprise Parc, Mochdre

Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Dare2soar Limited to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on land to the north of Quinton Hazell Enterprise Parc, Glan y Wern Road, Mochdre, LL28 5BS.

 

We give notice that Dare2soar Limited is intending to apply for a hybrid planning application for industrial development comprising of the erection of B1 (business), B2 (general industry) and B8 (storage and distribution) use classes units (eight units as part of the full application and 17 units under the outline application), together with associated works.

 

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

About the Application

The proposed application is for the industrial development comprising of B1 (business), B2 (general industry) and B8 (storage and distribution) use classes, together with associated works.


The application in respect of Phase I is for eight units totalling 1,428 square meters of gross external floor space.


Phase II is made in outline and would contain up to 17 units totalling up to 4322 square meters of gross external floor space.


Access and layout are to be considered in respect of both phases as part of this application.
