Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Alun Jones, Tai Hirion Caravan and Camping to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development at Tai Hirion Caravan and Camping site, Rhoscefnhir, Pentraeth, LL75 8YY.

We give notice that Alun Jones, Tai Hirion Caravan and Camping is intending to apply for full planning permission for the change of use of land to create an extension to an existing touring and camping site to create pitches for the siting of 23 additional touring caravan units and the siting of 3 lodges together with associated works and landscaping.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
