Residential development at Tan y Graig Farm, Pentraeth as enabling development for restoration works at Aberbraint, Llanfairpwll

Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Grŵp Amos Cymru Cyf to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on land at Tan y Graig Farm, Pentraeth, Anlgesey, LL75 8UL.

 

We give notice that Grŵp Amos Cymru Cyf is intending to apply for full planning permission for an enabling development, linked to restoration works to Aberbraint, Llanfairpwll by way of erection of 25 dwellings, creation of  internal access road and pedestrian link, together with associated landscaping and development works at Tan y Graig Farm, Pentraeth.

 

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

The proposed development relates to the erection of 25 dwellings, comprising of 10 local market dwellings and 15 open market dwellings.

The application is presented as enabling development linked to funding the conservation deficit for restoration works at Aberbraint, Llanfairpwll which is a Grade II* listed building also within the ownership of Amos Group.
