Change of use of part of the existing quarry to allow for the storage, treatment and recycling of inert and non-hazardous waste materialat Minffordd Quarry

Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Hochtief (UK) Construction Ltd to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on Minffordd Quarry, Penrhyndeudraeth, Porthmadog, LL48 6HP.

 

We give notice that Hochtief (UK) Construction Ltd is intending to apply for full planning permission for the change of use of part of the existing quarry to allow for the storage, treatment and recycling of inert and non-hazardous waste for a temporary period.

 

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
