Statutory Pre-Application Consultations

Plas Blodwel, Llandudno Junction

Consultation for the conversion of the Grade II listed Plas Blodwel building from offices to 13 no. apartments to deliver 100% affordable housing.

The development is proposed by North Wales Housing Association (NWHA) who currently occupy the building, however the building no longer provides suitable, modern office facilities. This development is therefore proposed to secure a viable future for Plas Blodwel and contribute towards meeting the outstanding housing need being experienced in Llandudno Junction and across Conwy.

Morfa Cadfan, Tywyn

Scheme for 100% affordable housing to deliver 13 no. bungalows aimed at meeting a specific housing need for local people. The intention is to give priority to the units offered to candidates over 55 years of age and deliver all of the units as two-bedroom bungalows.

The development is proposed by Adra (Tai) Cyf and also includes provision of a new site access, internal access road, landscaped areas, associated drainage provisions and associated works

Dol Eithin, Llanfihangel-yn-Nhywyn

A pre-application consultation on behalf of North Wales Housing Association and DU Construction, for the erection of 26 affordable dwellings at land adjoining to Dol Eithin, Llanfihangel-yn-Nhywyn.

Works will include construction of new vehicular and pedestrian access, diversion of a Public Right of Way, together with associated parking, landscaping and drainage works.

A public consultation event will be held at Caergeiliog Village Hall, Caergeiliog, LL65 3YG on Tuesday September the 8th between 3-7pm.

Llangefni Golf Course, Llangefni

New holiday and leisure park at the former Llangefni Golf Course including new high-quality holiday cabins, glamping pods, campervan and caravan pitches, along with a holiday village facility to include a swimming pool, restaurant and cafe, gym, and other amenity spaces.

Works will include creation of a new site access point from the B5111 to the south, creation of permeable parking spaces, sustainable drainage infrastructure along with comprehensive landscaping scheme to deliver site-wide biodiversity enhancements.

Penrhos Care Home, Pwllheli

Proposals for a new residential and nursing care facility at the Penrhos Polish Village site, Penrhos, Pwllheli, comprising of residential and specialist dementia care facilities submitted by Cyngor Gwynedd.

Development to include associated works for access, parking, landscaping, biodiversity enhancement, and drainage infrastructure.
