Tyddyn Lantern, Holyhead

Commercial development at Holyhead Port seeking to develop the site, including new vehicular access and circulation, a concrete batching plant, and equipment for the casting of concrete units, the siting of a portacabin for welfare facilities, associated parking and use of the external area for the storage of cast concrete units.

Public consultation on behalf of Wrexham County Borough Council in respect of proposed development at Rhosddu Road, comprising of the demolition of existing buildings to allow for the delivery of an affordable housing scheme with associated works.


The project initially proposed the demolition of the existing residential block and day care centre buildings, and proposed to redevelop the site by erecting a total of 58 affordable dwellings.

Residential development to provide 52 affordable dwellings on land at Tan y Bryn Road, Amlwch. The site is allocated for housing within the Joint Local Development Plan and will provide a mix of housing for social and intermediate rent.

Works include provision for site access, designated parking, public amenity space, comprehensive landscaping and biodiversity enhancement, along with drainage infrasrtucture.

Affordable housing scheme on the former Nant y Coed site, Llandudno Junction. To be delivered by Cartrefi Conwy and deliver 43 affordable dwellings, providing a diverse housing mix to meet local need. The scheme will include a mixture of house types including dwellinghouses, bungalows, accessible bungalows and walk-up apartments.

The application includes works for an improved vehicular access, public open space, landscaping and drainage infrastructure.

Proposal for the erection of 22 dwellings (100% affordable) on land adjoining Pentrefelin, Holyhead. This scheme seeks to provide high-quality affordable homes, to be delivered for ClwydAlyn Housing Association. The proposal includes works for the creation of an internal access road, along with associated works.

Residential scheme for the erection of twelve affordable dwellings on land off Sgwar Glynllifon, Groeslon, Gwynedd.

The proposal forms a joint application between Williams (Homes) Bala Ltd, who would deliver the dwellings, and Adra (Tai) Cyf, who oversee ownership and management of the properties.

The development seeks to a provide a mix of house types and sizes to be available for local people in need of affordable housing. The proposal includes works for access, parking, landscaping, biodiversity enhancement, public open space and drainage.

Proposal for the development of a Rural Economy Hub at Coleg Glynllifon, as part of the North Wales Growth Deal, to provide a Knowledge Transfer Centre and add to the educational facilities on offer at the Coleg Glynllifon Campus.

The Rural Economy Hub would feature an innovation centre, enabling the sharing of knowledge by Grŵp Llandrillo-Menai and the food industry, both locally and nationally.
