ABOUT this application

This application is being submitted jointly by DU Construction Ltd, who are a local developer and Clwyd Alyn Housing Association a local registered social landlord.  The dwellings would be built by DU Construction and would be owned and managed by Clwyd Alyn Housing.

 

The proposed development relates to the erection of an affordable housing scheme of 22 dwellings on an allocated housing site (T14) which also benefits from outline planning permission. The application site lies within the development boundary of Holyhead. 

 

The proposed affordable dwellings would comprise of the following mix:

 

•             Eight two-person one-bed flats;

•             10 four-person two-bed houses;

•             Two five-person three-bed houses; and

•             Two Seven-person four-bed house.
